Innoventum has collaborated with experts from the current Finnish Supervisory Agency for five years. The Regional Youth Work Days in Joensuu provided a welcome opportunity to meet in person and plan the future together.
Our collaboration began with the Regional State Administrative Agency and now continues with the Department of Early Childhood Education and Care, School Education and Culture and the PAR team at the Finnish Supervisory Agency. Over the past five years, the partnership has developed into close and straightforward cooperation based on open dialogue and shared goals.
One tangible outcome of this collaboration is Omaparkki. The service is designed for outreach youth workers and youth workshops, helping them manage organisational and employee information and support their reporting needs. Omaparkki is built on Innoventum’s iCMS platform, providing a flexible foundation that allows the service to evolve as needs change.
Most of our meetings take place via Teams, so it was particularly enjoyable to sit around the same table, exchange ideas and discuss future plans in person.
The meeting took place during the two-day Regional Youth Work Days organised by the Finnish Supervisory Agency’s Youth Services in Joensuu on 23–24 September 2026. The event brought together professionals from different areas of youth work to network, share experiences and discuss current topics in the field.
