4.    PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Data are collected in the register to assign access rights to customer-specific restricted content on the site, as well as to customize page features.

The data are not used for marketing, nor disclosed to third parties.

5.    DATA CONTENT OF THE REGISTER

The collected user data are name, email address, country, default language, and, optionally, the user's photo. 
The data are retained in the register until further notice. The user may request deletion of their data when they stop using the services.

6.    REGULAR SOURCES OF DATA

The source of data is an electronic login form. The user enters their information into the register when creating a user account. The user can edit their own data in the register and has the possibility to request the data that have been stored about them.

7.    PRINCIPLES FOR PROTECTING PERSONAL DATA

Data are stored in an electronic register (database) with access restricted by user accounts. The security of the credentials and the connection is ensured with encryption algorithms.  Access to data related to an individual record is further restricted in the user interface (website) on a per-user-profile basis so that each user profile in the organization, as well as end users, has access only to the data deemed necessary.

8.    RIGHT OF ACCESS

The user has the right to inspect the data stored about them in the personal data register. The information can be viewed by logging in or by requesting an inspection from the register's contact person.

9.    RIGHT TO REQUEST RECTIFICATION

The user can edit their own user data.

10.    RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT - THE DATA SUBJECT HAS THE RIGHT TO ACCESS PERSONAL DATA ABOUT THEMSELVES.

  • The data subject has the right to request rectification or erasure of their data.
  • The data subject has the right to request restriction of processing or to object to processing.
  • The data subject has the right to request the transfer (portability) of personal data from one system/controller to another.
  • The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent if the processing of personal data is based on the data subject's consent.
  • The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman if the data subject considers that the processing of their personal data violates the applicable data protection legislation.
  • Requests to carry out the above actions should be addressed to the register's contact person.

11. OTHER

The register is not used for direct marketing or for market and opinion research. The site uses cookies. Cookies are used on the site to ensure that the service is secure, efficient, and user-friendly. A cookie is a small text file that is sent to and stored on the user's own computer. Cookies do not harm users' computers or files.
